The Lithuanian information headings that nearly a month after Lithuanian volunteer soldier Gediminas Steponavičius went missing in Ukraine, his family believes he may have been captured instead of eliminated.
The 55 -year-old went missing out on in mid-May after his system came under fire from Russian forces near Donetsk throughout a mission. The team was assaulted by Russian drones, and the location was later on inhabited by Russian troops. His body has not been recovered, and no official verification of his death has actually been provided.
Steponavičius’ relatives remain to hope he lives and in bondage.
